The Licensed Application "Asset Steward" (hereinafter "App") is licensed, not sold, to You for use only under the terms of this license. The licensor, Yuchun Chen ("Application Provider"), reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.
This license granted to You for the App by Application Provider is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded Products that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow You to use the App on any Apple-branded Product that You do not own or control, and You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof.
You agree that Application Provider may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about Your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to You (if any) related to the App. Application Provider may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify You, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to You.
The license is effective until terminated by You or Application Provider. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Application Provider if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the license, You shall cease all use of the App, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
The App may enable access to Application Provider's and third party services and web sites (collectively and individually, "Services"). Use of the Services may require Internet access and that You accept additional terms of service. You understand that by using any of the Services, You may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to use the Services at Your sole risk and that the Application Provider shall not have any liability to You for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND APPLICATION PROVIDER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APP AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPLICATION PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF APPLICATION PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If you choose to purchase a subscription, please note:
Application Provider is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
You acknowledge that Application Provider, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or the End-User’s possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against You as a third party beneficiary thereof.
• The Taiwan stock quotes provided are not real-time quotes from all markets (at least 2 hours delayed).
US stock data is end-of-day closing data, and USD/TWD exchange rates are closing data. We assume no
responsibility for data errors, update delays, or transmission interruptions. All information is
provided "as is" for reference only and should not be used as a basis for trading or consultation.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service (or any part thereof)
temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without notice. Monthly subscription fees already
collected will not be refunded. We may terminate your use of part or all of the service content at any
time without prior written notice. You agree that the Developer shall not be liable to you or any third
party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

應用程式供應商授予您的授權僅限於在您擁有或控制的 Apple 品牌產品上使用本應用程式，且須符合 Apple 媒體服務條款與約定中的使用規則。本授權不可轉讓。您不得在非您擁有或控制的 Apple 品牌產品上使用本應用程式，亦不得透過網路散布或提供本應用程式以供多部裝置同時使用。您不得複製、反組譯、反向工程、拆解、試圖導出原始碼、修改或創作本應用程式、任何更新或其任何部分的衍生作品。
您同意應用程式供應商可以收集和使用技術數據及相關資訊，包括但不限於關於您的裝置、系統和應用軟體以及周邊設備的技術資訊，這些資訊是定期收集的，以便向您提供軟體更新、產品支援和其他與本應用程式相關的服務（如有）。應用程式供應商可以使用這些資訊來改進其產品或向您提供服務或技術，前提是這些資訊的形式不會親自識別您。
本授權在您或應用程式供應商終止之前均有效。如果您未能遵守本授權的任何條款，您在本授權下的權利將自動終止，恕不另行通知。授權終止後，您應停止使用本應用程式，並銷毀本應用程式的所有副本（無論是全部還是部分）。
本應用程式可能允許存取應用程式供應商和第三方的服務和網站（統稱「服務」）。使用服務可能需要網際網路連線，並且您可能需要接受附加的服務條款。您了解，透過使用任何服務，您可能會遇到被視為冒犯性、不雅或令人反感的內容。您同意自行承擔使用服務的風險，應用程式供應商對可能被視為冒犯性、不雅或令人反感的內容不對您承擔任何責任。

在法律不禁止的範圍內，在任何情況下，應用程式供應商均不對人身傷害或任何附帶的、特殊的、間接的或後果性的損害負責，包括但不限於因您使用或無法使用本應用程式而引起的或與之相關的利潤損失、數據丟失、業務中斷或任何其他商業損害或損失，無論其成因如何，也無論責任理論（合約、侵權或其他）如何，即使應用程式供應商已被告知此類損害的可能性。
若您選擇訂閱本應用程式的加值服務，請注意以下條款：
應用程式供應商全權負責提供與本應用程式相關的任何維護和支援服務。您承認，Apple 不承擔任何提供與本應用程式相關的維護和支援服務的義務。
您承認，應用程式供應商（而非 Apple）負責處理終端使用者或任何第三方與授權應用程式或終端使用者擁有和/或使用該授權應用程式有關的任何索賠，包括但不限於：(i) 產品責任索賠；(ii) 關於授權應用程式不符合任何適用法律或監管要求的任何索賠；以及 (iii) 根據消費者保護、隱私或類似立法引起的索賠。
您聲明並保證：(i) 您不位於受美國政府禁運的國家，或是被美國政府指定為「支持恐怖主義」的國家；以及 (ii) 您未被列入美國政府的任何禁止或限制方名單。
您承認並同意，Apple 及其子公司是本 EULA 的第三方受益人，並且在您接受本 EULA 的條款和條件後，Apple 將有權（並將被視為已接受該權利）以第三方受益人的身分對您執行本 EULA。

(至少延遲2小時)、美股為日終收盤數據及美元兌新台幣為收盤資料。我們不對資料內容錯誤、更新延誤或傳輸中斷負任何責任，所提供資訊均以現狀提供，僅供參考，不宜做為買賣依據或諮詢之用。

服務之修改我們有權於任何時間暫時或永久修改或終止本服務（或其任何部分），無論其通知與否，已收取之當月訂閱費將不退返。並可以隨時終止您使用部份及全部服務內容，事先毋須以書面通知。本服務任何修改、暫停或終止，您同意本開發者對您和任何第三人均不承擔責任。
